ECS, House of Hope

ECS is a social organisation located in the most remotest region of Eastern India. Here people do not have access to even basic health and so the organisation conducts surgery camps twice a year so as for the poor to receive health at no expense. ECS has so far conducted 800 major surgeries and an equal number of minor surgeries. People are gradually beginning to see its relevance and patients come from as far as Dimapur and Kohima and Guwahati. Doctors and Surgeons come on their own expense and volunteer for the camp every year. The organisation have had volunteers come from as far as England, Canada, USA and from the rest of the country.
